RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you are very happy with your new HÖPSIS® products. But we are human, and sometimes there can be mishaps.

If you are not satisfied with your product purchased on our website, you can review our terms below.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot make changes, unless the product has arrived in poor condition or broken.
If this is the case, we ask you to send photographic evidence to hola@hopsis.com.mx so that we can proceed to an exchange for the same product in a maximum of 10 business days after receiving it. We do not make returns or exchanges for products other than the one purchased.

SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not have subscription services in any of our products, nor have we ever had them available on this website. Therefore, the client agrees that if he decides to raise a dispute for "cancellation of subscriptions", it will not be in his favor.
The customer also agrees that they will be responsible for covering all applicable taxes and fees from the charge investigation process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you're happy with your new HOPSIS® products, however we are human beings after all and in some cases, something could go wrong.

If you are not satisfied with your acquired products in our website, you can review our terms in the following paragraph.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot change the products unless the products arrive in a damaged, broken or missing products state.

In this case, we ask the customer to send photographic evidence via email to hola@hopsis.com.mx within 5 business days, so we can proceed to change the products within the following 10 business days after receiving the product. We DO NOT refund nor change for another product different to the one purchased.


SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Currently, we do not have subscription purchases in any of our products, nor have we ever had this option available in the present website. The customer agrees that if he / she decided to raise a dispute regarding “subscription cancelation”, this will not be resulting in their favor. The client shall also be solely responsible for paying and remitting to the appropriate tax authorities all applicable taxes and bills resulting in this process.
