INGREDIENTS
Distilled water (Aqua), Coconut Betaine (Cocamidopropyl Betaine)*, Decyl Glycoside (Decyl Glucoside) *, SCS (Sodium Coco Sulfate)*, Vegetable Glycerin, Aloe Vera Extract (Aloe Barbadensis) Conservative (Aqua, Benzyl Alcohol **, Dehydroacetic Acid), D-Panthenol (Panthenol), Activated Coconut Charcoal (Cocus nucifera), Chilcuague Extract (Heliopsis longipes), Icelandic Volcanic Ash, Eucalyptus Essential Oils (Eucalyptus globulus), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) & Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin) and Eucalyptus and Patchouli Fragrance Oils.
SHIPPING METHODS
The shipment will be made through Estafeta or RedPack, the one that the client selects in his order will be used.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIME
The shipment will be processed and delivered to the parcel in no more than 24 hours after having confirmed the payment, from then on, the parcel will take between 3 to 7 business days to make the delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot make changes, unless the product has arrived in poor condition or broken. If this is the case, we ask you to send photographic evidence to hola@hopsis.com.mx so that we can proceed to an exchange for the same product in a maximum of 10 business days after receiving it. We do not make returns or exchanges for products other than the one purchased.
